Shipping & Delivery
All order are shipped through one of our approved shipping services UPS, FEDEX, USPS, or DHL. Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days of payment being received, depending on shipping volume for that day. Due to the high demand for sports products during the different seasons, these times may increase. If timing is a concern, please email before you buy for current handling time, and to hear details on the expeditied shipping program available during high season demands. We respect your privacy and want you to feel safe when shopping with us. Your personal information will only be used to complete/verify a transaction or to send you notices on special offers or updates exclusively from us. All information collected is for the sole use of Inland Auto & Sports. We will never sell or share your information with a third party .

Returns
You can return an item within 30 days of the date of purchase to avoid a restocking fee. Simply call or email for an RMA number and form to be faxed or emailed to you. Once you've received the return authorization form, place it in the box or boxes to be returned with the part(s) to be returned. Please mark the corresponding RMA number as clearly as possible on the outside of all the boxes being returned. This will help us process your return in a timely manner. If you are shipping your return to us, we strongly suggest that you use traceable United Parcel Ground Service from your nearest staffed UPS facility. All returns must be sent prepaid, no collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss. Parts returned beyond 30 days from the date of purchase are subject to a restocking fee, or non-acceptance.
Ordering
Purchases can be made directly from our website. We can also take your order over the phone at (909) 371-3076. There are times when the telephone ordering system receives more calls then we are able to handle at that time. In such cases, please leave a message, and one of our courteous representatives will return your call shortly. We do sincerely appreciate all of our valuable customers.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
From time to time we may run special promotions, such as 'free shipping', or 'percent off' promotions. The promotion times are predetermined, and are only available when advertised. Promotional discounted items cannot be combined with other discount promotions. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Viewing Orders
Orders can be viewed in your account manager for customers who have created an account. Orders confirmation emails are sent to all guest orders at the time of purchase, as well as when the item is shipped. Please feel free to email [email protected] at anytime for additional order information. Our goal is to return emails within 24 hours upon receipt.
